Australian iPhone Launched

Last week the time had finally come for the rest of Australia other then the 60,000 that bought the iPhone from overseas and had it hacked, to get their hands on it.

It had been a hot around the blogosphere a noteable posts was by Darren Rowse (Australians Getting a Raw Deal iPhone 3G Plans). I have to agree with him on this. I have looked at it and still feel that Data in Australia is quite expensive.

Putting asside those types of posts the launch for Apple was a success. I was reading a post about the London launch and how they had sold out by 3pm on the launch day. I hear that is the case around Australia as well.

As I have mentioned before I think I will wait abit before I rush out to get one, I will do a review of one at some point in the near future.
